Real Brides: Brittani

Dalton and I met when we were only just in middle school, however we didn't go to the same school! We happened to come across each other on facebook, most likely due to mutual friends. He lived about one hour away from me, and we were definitely way too young to drive, so this caused us to never get a chance to meet each other. We would, however, chat every now and then as we continued to grow up. We always thought about each other, and really truly cared for one another, but never decided to meet and give us a try until we were heading into college! After seeing each other for the first time, and finally being able to be by each other's side, we knew we never wanted to be apart again. Something crazy special about the connection we have has continued to keep us inseparable from that first day we met, and I'm so happy to have got to marry my absolute best friend! When I would picture my dream dress as a little girl to even just recently, I knew I always wanted something STUNNING. By stunning I mean, full of sparkle, and full of lace! After about 3 weeks of trying on wedding dresses, I was starting to have a difficult time finding anything that had all the detailing I imagined that also didn't break the bank! I happened to decide to attend a Black Friday event that Dress Gallery of Wichita Kansas was hosting! You had to stand in line outside their doors, and it was first come first serve for all their dresses. My mom and I split up on a mission, grabbing any dress that was full of detail. One she brought to me caught my eye quickly and I wanted to put it on immediately. After seeing myself in the mirror, this dress was the first to actually make everything feel real and set in. It was also the only to make me cry! The detail of lace and sparkles from head to toe had me speechless, and I wasn't the only one. Every soon to be bride in that room that day wanted to be next in line to try on that dress, but I wasn't going to let that happen.
