Real Brides: Susie

I met my husband through a mutual friend a 4 years ago. We reconnected a little over year later when running into each other after our home state's college rivalry football game (University of Oregon vs. Oregon State) that took place 3 hours away from where we live. I played a little bit hard to get after that, but we've been together ever since. After visiting 4 Bridal shops, lots of disappointment, and trying to talk myself into another dress, I went back to the 3rd one for a second appointment and the wonderful stylist pulled a few new ones for me along with the one that I thought I wanted. After trying it on again along with a couple others she pulled, I put on "the" dress. Once I put it on, It just felt right. I loved the cut of the back and the subtle beading at the waist and on the straps, and the unique lace pattern. It was the only dress that I didn't have any second thoughts about. Also the only one that got me to tear up.
