Real Brides: Cora

My husband and I met through my older brother. The two of them worked together and quickly became inseparable best friends. Chad and I met at a party hosted by my brother and honestly the rest is history! We've barely spent a day apart since! I purchased my dress from Hitched Boutique in downtown Statesville, NC. My mother and I had been doing some shopping in the area, saw that there was a newly opened bridal boutique and decided to pop in. Luckily, they had a walk in appointment available. My dress was only the third one I had tried on and I absolutely fell in love. The lace detail caught my eye (and still does every single time I see it!) I think I fell in love with it so hard because it was unlike any other dress I had ever seen and had so much intricate detail to it. When I walked out and saw the look on my mom's face, it completely sealed the deal. I just knew. I had no plans of purchasing a wedding dress that day but I'm so glad I did.
