Real Brides: Jordan

In college, we worked at the same local restaurant and the restaurant had a flag football team. We both love playing sports and the team always needed girls. Right before my first shift there was a flag football game and some friends reached out and asked me to play- and of course, I did. I met Mason that night! He had the worst smelling gloves and I remember just walking up to him and thinking “he’s so attractive but smells so bad” We worked our first shift together shortly after and immediately realized that we share the same passions, dreams, humor, and interests. the rest is history!
I actually tried on almost 30 dresses and was entirely unemotional about dress shopping. All I wanted was a dress that I could have fun in. I grew up on the soccer field so I am always the one in sweatpants and a T-shirt. My mom actually told me that she thought that I wasn’t going to have a dress moment. Then we were at La Raines to continue the search and one of my good friends pulled this dress off the rack. Once I tried it on, I could not hold back tears. I finally felt like myself as a bride and it was so perfect. I love how light, elegant, but intricate the designs are!
