Real Brides: Scarlet

I met my husband my freshman year of college. I was on the pom team and he was on the baseball team. We had a lot of mutual friends so we kind of knew each other but we had never met each other. He also had a dog that I was obsessed with on social media (a pomksy which is the dog I had always wanted). One day when he was traveling for baseball he really needed someone to watch his dog and he had remembered my best friend and I always volunteering so he let us go over and watch her. After that my best friend and I started hanging out with him and his roommates and the rest was history! 

When I first went dress shopping I thought I knew what I wanted but as soon as I saw all the dresses I had no idea. I had narrowed my dresses down to 3 at Couture Bride and knew I wanted to go back there to pick my dress because of the amazing experience I had. I spent about a month looking through pictures of the three. The dress I chose had everything I thought I wanted. It had beautiful detailing, a long train, and the fit was so amazing. When I went back to try on the 3 dresses again I put on that one first. As soon as I slipped it on I knew it was the dress. The way it made me feel and the way it looked I didn’t feel that way about any other dress I tried on.
