Real Brides: Michelle

My husband and I met through the dating app, Hinge. We were each others “most compatible match”. After matching, I realized he looked familiar to me. After a little Facebook search, I realized we had a ton of mutual friends and that way back when I was in high school, he would pop up as a mutual friend and I always thought he was cute! It turns out his best friend is also close friends with my friend! My friend told me I had to go out with him! Good thing I listened, haha. We also realized a ton of connections we had like living 5 minutes from each other and people we knew and how our paths crossed many times before; but we didn’t meet till the time was right.

I always knew I wanted a long sleeve and fitted dress. I wanted something reminiscent of my mother's dress; hers was also long sleeve with lace. I also wanted something that had beautiful details that when every time you looked at it; you noticed something new! I tried my dress on about halfway through my appointment. I kept wanting to go back to that one and put it on. That’s how I knew it was for me! It was also light weight and airy; which was important because I wanted to dance all night at the wedding!
