Real Brides: Diana
I moved into a new apartment and was quick to notice my neighbor that lived in the studio below me. It might have been when he was helping me pull the rusted gate closed shirtless, or when he offered to help me out with a rental seeing that my car was in an accident and he worked for Enterprise. But the moment of serendipity happened when I was out at a bar with my girls having drinks and dinner. I was telling them about my cute neighbor and they were encouraging me to show up at his door with a six pack of beer to officially introduce myself. Ten minutes later, there were two guys at the bar clearly scouting for a conversation with the opposite sex. My friend made eye contact with one and waved them over to join us. One of the two guys sat next to me and as soon as we locked eyes we simultaneously said "you're my neighbor!" We made plans for dinner the next night and literally never looked back.
After endless googling, scrolling, clicking and zooming in on the minute details of dozens of dresses, one photo eventually caught my eye. The stock photo only showed the back of the dress and yet "Carmen" was the most stunning gown I had ever seen. It was only fitting that the dress had zero information listed on the designer and where I could actually buy her. I began searching every insta post and dress shop within a 250 miles radius and found it at a shop just fifty minutes away. I made an appointment immediately at Mon Amie Bridal to try her on! The detail of the beading and lace of the train were a dream come true! I tried on many others that day, but I knew from the moment I first put this dress on she was the one. I felt all the magic every bride should when they say "yes" to the dress.
