Real Brides: Nadia

My husband, Nick and I met in 2018 where we both grew up at the summer camp. I met him right when I stepped off the airport shuttle, and we became fast friends (even though it was basically love at first sight for me). We grew closer as friends the entire summer, and on the last day of camp, we had "the talk" and started dating. We were in a long-distance relationship for 3.5 years (I was in Las Vegas, and he was in Boston), until I moved to Boston in 2021… and the rest is history! 

I visited Couture Bride in Las Vegas with my mom and sister, and tried on a few dresses before trying on the dress. I had seen it prior on Instagram on Val Stefani's account and absolutely fell in love. I gave a couple of other dresses a shot, but when I tried on my dress, I knew instantly. My mom and sister cried, and I felt like an absolute princess. As I walked around the shop, feeling how it fit, it just felt right. For the first time, I visualized myself as a bride! It might sound unconventional, but I wanted to give my dress a second look, so I went to a tailor to have the bodice made into a corset top. I think it's a testament to how incredibly this dress was made. I plan on wearing it for anniversaries!
